What Does it Mean to be Committed Anyways?

Is it really as scary as people make it out to be?

The oxford Dictionary has two definitions for the word commitment:

1. the state or quality of being dedicated to a cause, activity, etc.

2. an engagement or obligation that restricts freedom of action
