Apple’s Screen Time Forces Me To Judge Myself

Often times I feel like Apple’s iPhone updates are unnecessary and inconvenient — sometimes scary (find out why here). But with iOS 12, Screen Time magically appeared on my phone! I originally thought I would hate it, primarily because I do not like the amount of tracking Apple does, but I am actually loving it. Why?
